Check in procedure

THANK YOU FOR BOOKING WITH US. TO MAKE YOUR CHECK IN SMOOTH PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING:

If arriving into Niseko Hirafu by bus: We offer a Hirafu Welcome Centre pick up service free of charge. 

If arriving into Niseko Hirafu by train: We offer a Kutchan Train Station pick up service for 2,000 JPY. 

We require your expected arrival time at least a day before arrival for us to arrange a van to collect you.

If your arrival details change at last minute please SMS +819099785922

If arriving by own means please also let us know your expected arrival time.

If arriving by own vehicle please let us know so we can arrange car parking space (2,000 JPY per day).

Your name will be written on the whiteboard attached to the door of your apartment. 1.5 bedroom apartments are located upstairs while the 3 bedroom apartment is located on the ground floor.

There is a restaurant called Yo Kaiseki which is located on the ground floor and the staff there (between 14:00 - 23:00) are able to help if you have any issues.
